Strength & performance coaching

Stop just working out.Start training with a purpose.

You don't need another random workout or a plan that only works when life goes perfectly. You need a plan that fits your goals, your schedule, and the life you're actually living. That's what we're here to build.

What's actually happening

You're putting in the work.So why does it feel like you're not getting anywhere?

You're making the effort. You're finding time to train, trying to eat better, and doing what you think you're supposed to do. But somewhere along the way, progress starts feeling harder than it should. Sometimes the problem isn't how much effort you're putting in. It's not knowing where that effort needs to go, what to change, or when to ask for help. That's where having a coach can make a difference.

Someone resting between sets in a dimly lit gym corner

Sound familiar?

  • 01Am I even making progress?
  • 02Should I be doing more? Or less?
  • 03Is what I'm doing actually working?
  • 04Why aren't I seeing the changes I expected?
  • 05Why is it so hard to stay consistent?
  • 06What happens when life gets in the way?

None of those questions mean you're doing something wrong. They mean you're training without enough information to know what to do next.

The shift

The problem isn't always effort.Sometimes the effort just needs direction.

A good plan gives you direction. Good coaching helps you stay on beat when life changes the tune.

How coaching works

Train with a process.

There's a process behind what we do, but it isn't complicated. We figure out where you're starting, build a plan, put it to work, and make adjustments along the way. Because the plan should keep working for your life, not the other way around.

  1. 01

    Assess

We figure out where you are, where you're going, and what life actually allows.

  2. 02

    Plan

Your training is built around your goals, schedule, experience, and recovery.

  3. 03

    Train

You execute a clear plan without wondering what you're supposed to do.

  4. 04

    Track

We pay attention to what's changing. Strength, movement, energy, and how you're feeling. Progress isn't always just a number.

  5. 05

    Adjust

When your body, schedule, or life changes, the plan adapts.

  6. 06

    Repeat

We take what we've learned, make it part of the process, and keep building from there.

Missing a workout doesn't mean starting over. The plan can change without the goal changing.

Beginners, people coming back after time away, lifters who've plateaued, and athletes and movement practitioners — capoeiristas, martial artists, musicians — who want strength and conditioning to support what they already love doing.

Who this is for

We'll work well together if…

  • You want to make real progress, not just stay busy.
  • You're willing to show up, even when every week doesn't go to plan.
  • You'd rather have clear direction than another random workout.
  • You want to understand your training, not just follow it.
  • You're open to having someone in your corner who will also hold you accountable.
  • You understand that real progress takes time, practice, and patience.

I'll meet you where you are. We'll build around your goals, adjust when life changes, and figure out what works for you. I'll bring the structure, guidance, and accountability. You bring the willingness to do the work. We'll build from there.

Ways to work together

Different people need different levels of support.

Not everyone needs the same kind of coaching. Some people want someone involved every step of the way. Others just need a solid plan and the freedom to work through it on their own. Here's how we can work together.

Your coach

I'm Nedy.I'd rather you understand your training than just follow it.

I coach strength, conditioning, and performance — for people just getting started, people finding their way back, and people who've been training for years but feel like something is missing. I've spent a lot of my life learning, practicing, and teaching. In the gym, in capoeira, and through music. And one thing I've learned is that getting better at something takes more than just putting in the hours.

You need direction. You need feedback. And sometimes, you need someone who can see what you're missing. That's how I approach coaching.

Strength & conditioning

Programming for people who want to get stronger, move better, and build something they can maintain.

Capoeira

Ten years of learning and teaching a practice built around movement, adaptability, rhythm, and paying attention.

Music

A lifelong musician —  Music taught me that repetition matters, but listening is what makes it meaningful

You don't need to know which coaching option is right for you. Tell me where you're trying to go and what's been getting in the way. Takes a couple of minutes.

Questions

Before you reach out.

If something isn't answered here, ask me directly in the inquiry.

No. A big part of coaching is teaching you how to train well, including the parts nobody explained the first time around.

You don't have to figure all of this out alone.

If you're willing to put in the work, let's give that work some direction.
